Carrie Hope Fletcher has unveiled plans for a new UK tour this autumn, announcing The Ghost Light Tour, a concert experience that blends live music with theatrical storytelling.
Set to open on 8 October 2026, the tour will visit 13 venues across the country, many of them historic cathedrals and large-scale performance spaces. A London date has also been confirmed, with Fletcher appearing at Cadogan Hall on Saturday 24 October.
Rather than a traditional concert, The Ghost Light Tour is described as an evening that weaves together songs and stories. Across the show, Fletcher will reflect on the history of theatre buildings and the myths, memories and moments tied to stages around the UK. These narratives will sit alongside performances of music from throughout her career, with the programme featuring both familiar material and newly created arrangements designed specifically for the tour’s unique settings.
The tour begins at Lichfield Cathedral on 8 October, before moving to Llandaff Cathedral on 9 October and Coventry Cathedral on 10 October. Further dates include Stoke Minster on 16 October and Carlisle Cathedral on 17 October. Fletcher will then head to Scotland for a performance at Cottiers Theatre in Glasgow on 21 October, followed by Durham Cathedral on 22 October and Worcester Cathedral on 23 October.
After her London appearance at Cadogan Hall on 24 October, the tour resumes later in the month with shows at Selby Abbey on 28 October, Chester Cathedral on 29 October and Ely Cathedral on 30 October. The final performance will take place at Portsmouth Cathedral on 31 October.
By choosing atmospheric venues steeped in history, The Ghost Light Tour aims to create an intimate yet dramatic setting for Fletcher’s music and reflections on the enduring magic of live performance. The title itself nods to the theatrical tradition of leaving a single light on stage after hours, symbolising both superstition and the ever-present spirit of the theatre.
Tickets for all dates go on sale at 10am on 30 January.
